Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

This is a super easy and fast recipe for protein bars that work great for a pre or post workout snack, or when you just need a sweet chocolaty treat! These bars are really delicious and use just a few ingredients. I made these in less than 10 minutes. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup of protein powder (I use Orgain Vegan Protein Powder) 1/2 cup of organic coconut sugar – this is a pure, unrefined alternative to processed sugar and includes nutrients including magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, B vitamins and amino acids.
