Hi, Molly here, owner of Fit To Go with Molly My goal is to make sure you reach your own fitness goals!

 

Are you looking for support in adapting an active lifestyle, improving your fitness and looking your best? Are you feeling overwhelmed with busy schedules and responsibilities that it’s hard to prioritize self-care? Maybe you are looking for a partner to keep you on track and accountable. If you answered yes then you’ve come to the right place!

I help my clients Get Stronger, Feel Younger and Look Their Best in a step by step process that’s easy to implement using proven strategies with healthy habits and workouts designed to burn fat and build lean muscle.   I am passionate about working with individuals and groups who want to partner with me to stay accountable and move forward.  Consistency is key here, and with my help you too can feel great in your body while discovering a new found confidence.  My clients have gotten great results and you can too!

 

 

Bio-

I’ve always been active and a fitness enthusiast, but made fitness my business and my career in 2000.  I received my personal training certification through American Council Of Exercise and have coached kids, adults and seniors of all fitness levels. I have lived all over the US and in Mexico. I’ve taught P.E. for kids K-6 as well as worked as a personal trainer for Blue Cross Blue Shield before cutting out on my own with “Fit To Go”.  I am a graduate from Western Michigan University, (Go Broncos!) and live in Ann Arbor Michigan, (Go Blue!) I am certified in 200 hour yoga training and enjoy teaching classes in yoga, as well as rebounding (mini-trampolines), spin, boot camp, and have additional course work in Lifestyles and Weight Management, Facilitated Stretching, Exercise & Woman’s Health, Back Stabilization and Balance, and Senior Fitness.
