S.M.A.R.T goals are developed in order for you to achieve the results you’re after.  First you will receive a personalized fitness assessment, then I will develop a unique program based on the latest scientific methods of training producing positive results.  Not only will you learn about proper and smart exercise principles, you will learn about stress prevention, healthy eating habits and managing an overall healthy lifestyle.

 

RATES–

$65.00 for one hour session  

$35.00 for one 30 minute session
