Total Body Resistance Band Workout!


Tone up and increase muscle strength and your fitness level with resistance bands! If you have not tried these yet, you are going to love them!

Resistance bands come in sets or are sold separately, and are worth adding to your gym equipment. Resistance bands are great for traveling. They easily fit into a carry on bag or suitcase and allow you to work every muscle in your body. I take mine on a run sometimes to work out upper body in a park to round out the workout. If you work in an office, you can store one of these in your desk and take short breaks throughout the day to work different muscles. Perfect excuse to get off that computer and pump some blood through your body and lengthen your muscles and take your joints through full range of motion. You’ll gain instant energy and will be able to skip that afternoon coffee or energy drink. Pure oxygen pumped into your muscles works better than anything else and has residual effects to boot! Oh, and did I mention, these handy gadgets can be picked up for under ten bucks!

Resistance bands come in a variety of resistances, so any level of fitness can be challenged. Include these with your other workouts for variety, cross training and to just mix it up to avoid boredom.
