Hello and Welcome to Fit To Go With Molly's September News!

I am adding some new and exciting features to my business and hope you will jump in and join me. This month I am focused on assessing and correcting your posture. Posture is so important and it's where health begins so I am offering a FREE video training on best practices to keep you standing tall and pain free. Get you free video here-

Follow me on FB and IG to follow along in the Stand Tall Postural Challenge. I'll be jumping on these two platforms every day starting Sept or the first week of September 8th demonstrating exercises, stretches and giving tips to keep you on tack with your practice. Total Body Fitness Club-

Total Body Fitness On-line Classes are going strong 3x a week for anyone who still wants to get in on that. Live classes are scheduled every M, W, F at 7am. If that does not work with your schedule, head over to the video library and view it there at your convenience.

Total Body Stretch and Foam Rolling- This new class is offered Saturday mornings at 9:30 for a quick 20 minute session of active recovery for your tired muscles. You leave feeling super relaxed, stretched out and loose.

If you would like to see a chair exercise class offered that includes, cardio, weights, stretching and balance, leave me a text message at (803-719-2732) or send me an email at ( This is generally a really great way for anyone new to exercise, or anyone coming off an injury or surgery to workout without the risk of falling or over doing it.

Lastly if you live locally, join me and the class in person for a social distancing hike in County Farm Park on Sept 26th with a stretching session to follow and coffee hour.

Snickerdoodle Smoothie- This is as good as it sounds and it has veggies in it and really does taste like a snickerdoodle cookie! YES! Try this next time you have a craving for something sweet.
